Billing, Invoicing & Renewal Policy
Last Updated: January 15, 2026 • Governing: Invoicing Lifecycles, Automated Suspensions, Grace Periods & Tax Regulations
1. Invoice Generation & Billing Schedule
All infrastructure services hosted by Altivora Hosting operate on a prepaid subscription basis. To ensure uninterrupted operation of your mission-critical gaming daemons, cloud compute nodes, and network allocations:
Automated renewal invoices are generated and delivered via email with direct payment links.
Automated notification alerts are dispatched to prevent accidental lapse of server reservations.
Payment is due in full. Automated gateway recurring captures are attempted for enrolled credit cards/PayPal.
2. Overdue Grace Period, Suspension & Termination Timeline
To balance customer flexibility with the high operational costs of dedicated datacenter power and reserved IPv4 blocks, we enforce the following automated schedule on overdue invoices:
| Timeline | Service Status | Infrastructure Action | Data Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Days 1 – 3 | Active (Grace Period) | Server remains fully online; daily overdue reminder emails sent | Safe & Accessible |
| Day 4 | Suspended | VM/Port powered off; public traffic null-routed; IPMI revoked | Preserved on Disk |
| Day 7 (VPS) / Day 5 (Dedicated) | Terminated | Hardware reassigned; IP subnet returned to pool; container destroyed | Permanently Wiped (Irrecoverable) |
3. Currencies, Exchange Rates & Tax Compliance
3.1 Supported Currencies: Altivora invoices in United States Dollars (USD), Indian Rupees (INR), and Euros (EUR). The currency selected during initial account registration governs all subsequent renewals to prevent arbitrage.
3.2 Goods and Services Tax (GST) Compliance: Altivora is an MSME registered entity in India. Indian residents and corporate entities are subject to applicable GST (18%) added to invoices in accordance with national statutory regulations. Business entities must furnish a verifiable GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credits.
3.3 International Cross-Border Fees: Non-Indian customers paying via credit card or PayPal are responsible for any foreign transaction fees or currency conversion margins levied by their own card issuer.
4. Client Wallet & Account Credit Usage
Clients may maintain a positive prepaid balance in their Altivora Account Wallet to streamline automated renewals.
- When a renewal invoice is generated, the billing system automatically applies available Account Credits before attempting gateway charges.
- Prepaid wallet balances are non-refundable, non-withdrawable, and cannot be converted to physical cash.
- Account credit balances never expire as long as the client account remains in good standing.
5. Billing Dispute Resolution Protocol
If you identify an apparent billing discrepancy or duplicate line item:
- Submit a ticket to the Billing Department in your Client Dashboard within fourteen (14) days of invoice generation.
- Include the invoice number, transaction reference, and a concise explanation of the disputed amount.
- Our billing audit desk will investigate and adjust the invoice or credit your account wallet within 24 to 48 business hours.
