Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 2026 • Effective Date: Immediate • Governing: All Global Services & Infrastructure
Key Legal Provisions & Quick Summary:
1. Preamble & Binding Legal Agreement
This Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "TOS") constitutes a legally binding contract between ALTIVORA HOSTING("Company", "we", "us", or "our", an enterprise entity registered in India) and any individual, business entity, gamer, or organization ("Customer", "User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers, orders, or utilizes any hosting service, dedicated server, Virtual Private Server (VPS), cloud node, network protection gateway, control panel, or related digital product.
By submitting an order, creating an account on our client portal, or accessing our services, you affirmatively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement in full, along with our Service Level Agreement (SLA),Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility, Capacity & Account Verification
- Legal Age: You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements.
- Accurate Registration: You agree to provide true, current, and verifiable contact, billing, and identity details during checkout. Disposable emails, stolen identities, or proxy registrations are strictly prohibited.
- Security & 2FA: You are solely responsible for securing your root passwords, SSH keys, API credentials, and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) devices. Altivora is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from credential stuffing or client negligence.
- Non-Transferability: Client portal accounts, service instances, and allocated IP spaces may not be transferred, sub-leased, or assigned to third parties without prior written authorization from Altivora.
3. Scope of Support: Strictly Unmanaged Infrastructure
Unless explicitly purchased under an Enterprise Managed SLA tier with a signed Statement of Work (SOW), ALL Altivora VPS, Dedicated Servers, and Cloud Instances are provisioned strictly on an UNMANAGED (Self-Managed) basis.
3.1 What Altivora Manages & Guarantees: Altivora is responsible solely for the underlying physical hardware, datacenter power delivery, cooling, host node hypervisors, and core network transit up to the physical network interface (NIC) of your server.
3.2 What the Customer Manages & Is Solely Responsible For: The Customer is 100% responsible for:
- Operating system installation, updates, kernel tuning, and security patches.
- Game server software, proxies, and daemons (such as Minecraft Velocity, BungeeCord, Paper, txAdmin, FiveM, SA-MP).
- Third-party reverse proxy protocol configurations (e.g., HAProxy PROXY Protocol v1/v2).
- Host firewall rules, iptables, nftables, ufw, port forwarding, and internal routing.
- Application-level DDoS filtering, bot mitigations, and plugin management.
Notice Regarding Courtesy Assistance: Any advice, diagnostics, or configuration guidance provided by Altivora support technicians or automated systems regarding client-side software, game proxies, or external CDNs is offered strictly as a complimentary courtesy and shall never create any ongoing management obligation, liability, or grounds for compensation.
3.3 Support Channels, AI / Super Intelligence (SI) Automation & Human Support Escalation: Customer support on public community platforms (including Discord tickets, chat channels, and triage bots) is actively operated by Automated Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Super Intelligence (SI) Systems equipped with automated diagnostic telemetry. Staff engineers do not conduct personal technical troubleshooting via private Discord user accounts.
Direct Human Engineering Support is strictly restricted to manual, physical datacenter operations (hardware component replacement, physical rack maintenance, core BGP transit overrides) and formal billing accounting. To request human engineering intervention or file a formal infrastructure inquiry, customers must submit an authenticated ticket via the Altivora Web Portal (Client Dashboard). Pre-sales queries are supported via hybrid AI and human sales representatives.
4. Third-Party CDNs, Edge Proxies & External Network Layers
Many customers utilize external Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), Anycast DDoS mitigation layers, or reverse proxy services (such as Cloudflare Spectrum, Cloudflare WAF, TCP Shield, or external DNS) in front of their Altivora backend servers.
- Independent Network Entities: Third-party CDN providers operate entirely independent networks outside of Altivora's administrative control. Altivora does not control, and is not responsible for, the routing decisions, edge firewall policies, or uptime of third-party networks.
- Edge WAF Threat Scoring: Disruptions, TCP connection resets, or drops resulting from third-party edge WAF rules (such as Cloudflare IP reputation threat score filtering on residential or mobile CGNAT ISPs like Reliance Jio) are strictly the operational characteristics of the third-party provider.
- Proxy Protocol Mismatches: Failure to align proxy protocol settings (e.g. enabling HAProxy protocol on the backend without edge support, or vice versa) constitutes a client software configuration error and is not an infrastructure failure.
- Zero Host Liability: Altivora expressly disclaims all liability for connection issues, packet drops, or disconnections arising from external CDN filtering or proxy protocol configurations.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Strict Compensation Exclusions
Altivora offers a financially backed 99.9% Uptime SLA covering core physical infrastructure as detailed in ourUptime SLA Document.
NON-COMPENSABLE INCIDENTS (NO CREDITS, NO REFUNDS, NO COMPENSATION):
Under no circumstances shall compensation, billing credits, or refunds be provided for downtime, latency, or connection drops caused by:
- Third-party CDN, reverse proxy, or WAF services (including Cloudflare Spectrum).
- Customer software misconfiguration, unoptimized plugins, or game proxy protocol mismatches.
- Residential or mobile ISP routing anomalies, Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT) reputation blocks, or MTU blackholing.
- DDoS attacks that exceed purchased mitigation specifications or saturation of customer-configured ports.
- Scheduled datacenter maintenance announced with advance notice.
SLA credits, if approved, apply solely as non-transferable credit towards future service renewal invoices and are never payable in cash.
6. Payments, Strict Anti-Chargeback & Dispute Penalties
All services are billed in advance on a recurring pre-paid cycle. You authorize Altivora to charge your designated payment method for all recurring renewals until a formal cancellation request is submitted via the client portal.
6.1 Zero-Tolerance Payment Disputes:
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a payment gateway (such as Razorpay, PayPal, or card issuers) without first exhausting direct ticket support constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
6.2 Consequences of Filing a Dispute:
- Immediate, automated suspension of all active services across the customer's account.
- Permanent account blacklisting and forfeiture of all stored data, files, and server images.
- Assessment of an administrative dispute fee of ₹3,500 ($45.00 USD) per disputed transaction to cover bank processing penalties.
- Reporting of the customer's details to global anti-fraud hosting syndicates and credit reporting bureaus.
7. Refund & Cancellation Terms
Refund eligibility is governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.Dedicated Servers, Cloudflare Spectrum setups, software licenses, domain registrations, and custom IP allocations are 100% strictly non-refundable once provisioned, due to upfront physical datacenter allocation and non-recoverable carrier reservations.
8. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
Customers must strictly adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). The following activities result in immediate termination without refund or prior warning:
- Origination of Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, network booting, or traffic stress testing.

Mandatory Off-Site Backups: The Customer is strictly responsible for maintaining automated, secure, off-site backups of all server data. In the event of hardware failure, operating system corruption, disk crash, or account termination, Altivora shall have zero liability for any resulting loss of data.
