Enterprise Security & Vulnerability Disclosure
Last Updated: January 15, 2026 • Governing: Physical Core Facilities, BGP Network Scrubbing & Coordinated Disclosure
1. Security Architecture & Threat Defense
At Altivora Hosting, safeguarding customer workloads, game community clusters, and mission-critical databases is fundamental to our operational DNA. We implement a defense-in-depth posture spanning physical datacenter perimeters, multi-terabit Anycast network scrubbers, hardened KVM hypervisors, and strict cryptographic safeguards.
Housed in certified enterprise colocation facilities featuring biometric access control, 24/7/365 armed security, continuous HD CCTV recording, VESDA aspirating smoke detection, and N+1 emergency generator reserves.
Automated hardware scrubbing powered by Corero SmartWall, Path.net Anycast, and Cloudflare Spectrum reverse proxying. Capable of absorbing multi-hundred Gbps volumetric SYN, UDP, NTP amplification, and GRE flood attacks sub-second.
Hardened Linux kernels utilizing SELinux/AppArmor profiles, automated patch cycles without reboot disruption, strict memory limits, and hardware KVM virtualization preventing guest-to-host or inter-VM privilege escalation.
Strict TLS 1.3 enforcement with HSTS preloading, AES-256 encrypted automated disaster recovery backups, and tokenized Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant credit card and UPI handling via Razorpay and PayPal.
2. Game Shield & Anti-DDoS Protocols
Gaming communities are frequent targets of sophisticated Layer 4 and Layer 7 protocol-specific exploits. Altivora deploys specialized packet inspection algorithms designed specifically for gaming protocols (Minecraft, FiveM, Rust, Source Engine):
- Stateful TCP SYN Authentication: SYN flood filtering verifies genuine client handshakes before allowing connection establishment to backend game daemons, preserving CPU cycles and bandwidth.
- Game Protocol Filtering: Deep packet inspection drops malformed Minecraft handshake packets, query reflection attacks, and null-payload bot sweeps at the BGP Anycast border before reaching your server.
- Automated Flow-Spec & BGP Blackholing: In the extraordinary event of an unprecedented attack exceeding mitigation contract limits, automated BGP Flow-Spec drops malicious traffic or temporarily isolates the targeted IP, preserving neighboring nodes and the overall datacenter transit fabric.
3. Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure & Safe Harbor
Altivora Hosting values the contributions of the global cybersecurity research community. If you discover a potential vulnerability in our public web properties, billing portal, or infrastructure API, we invite you to report it responsibly.
Altivora will not pursue civil or criminal legal action against security researchers who comply with this policy, act in good faith, avoid privacy violations, destroy confidential data immediately after verifying existence, and provide reasonable time for our engineering team to remediate prior to public disclosure.
Rules of Engagement:
- Notify us privately immediately upon discovering a verifiable vulnerability.
- Do not attempt to access, download, alter, or destroy customer files, gaming server data, or private credentials.
- Do not perform testing that compromises system availability, degrades network stability, or causes denial of service.
- Maintain strict confidentiality until our engineering team validates and resolves the report.
Strictly Out of Scope Activities:
4. How to Submit a Vulnerability Report
Submit your detailed technical report to our dedicated Security Operations Desk:
Security Operations Email: [email protected]
General Support Desk: [email protected]
Initial Response Window: Within 24–48 business hours
Please include: Proof-of-concept steps, affected URL or API endpoint, request/response headers, and suggested remediation. We review submissions promptly and may issue public recognition on our Security Hall of Fame for high-impact disclosures.
